BASF has presented its fungicide, Sercadis (fluxapyroxad - trade-marked as Xemium 300 g/litre), in Portugal.

BASF debuts Sercadis in Portugal

BASF has presented its fungicide, Sercadis (fluxapyroxad - trade-marked as Xemium 300 g/litre), in Portugal. The suspension concentrate formulation is for the control of powdery mildews in grapevines (Erysiphe necator), nectarines, peaches and apricots (Sphaerotheca pannosa), apples and stone fruit (Podosphaera leucotricha), and leaf blight (Stemphylium vesicarium) in pears. There have been recent launches in Italy, Spain and Greece. Fluxapyroxad was approved in the EU in 2012.
